Talent Management
Tara McLeod of Soul Circle Paranormal is proud to provide talent management for some very gifted and genuine people who work in the paranormal realm. Our talent comes from various backgrounds, and we believe that having been on television is not necessary to be a valuable contributor to the field.
Who We Are
Soul Circle Paranormal Team
Soul Circle Paranormal started as an investigation team with Tara and Ryan McLeod, and in 2022 grew to include Shane Pittman. Shane, Ryan, and Tara share a passion for creating opportunities for small groups to connect to make memories and explore the unknown outside the traditional larger event format. Soul Circle Paranormal events are never about profit. Soul Circle Paranormal has expanded to include investigations, events, and talent management.
Tara and Ryan McLeod
Tara has been involved in the paranormal field since October 2007 and has an extensive background in event planning. She has hosted many events in Virginia City and at other locations, but Virginia City is the place that tugs at her soul. Tara served as the General Manager for the Ghost Adventures Crew, and during that time was asked to sit on the board of The Washoe Club Restoration Project. Tara was also a Production Assistant on Paranormal Challenge. In her role with GAC, she helped facilitate events all over the country. Tara was also the Vendor Services Coordinator at the annual MiParacon event, which is where she met her husband Ryan who is part of the UPPRS team that hosted that event. Tara is currently acting as a Talent Manager for some incredible folks in the field. Tara's "real job" is an almost 30-year career with the State of Oregon most recently focused in managing a Project Management Office. She's also a mom and stays busy with kid and cat herding as well as volunteer work in her "free time".
Ryan has been investigating the paranormal since 2007 as well, and is a member of the UPPRS (Upper Peninsula Paranormal Research Society) in Michigan who hosted the annual MiParacon event. After meeting Tara at that event in 2016, he began investigating other locations across the country and this has opened a new door to the unknown. He enjoys helping with the event logistics, and seeing people experience and learn things because of their participation in the events. Ryan’s “real job” is an almost 20-year career with the Department of Homeland Security. He feels like Virginia City Nevada is his “soul home”.
Shane Pittman
As seen on Travel Channel's The Holzer Files and the Netflix hit 28 Days Haunted as well as Beacon TV's Paranormal Mysteries, Shane Pittman is an equipment technician who has had profound unexplained paranormal experiences since childhood. Shane became determined to learn as much as he could by researching every possible technological method, in the hopes of finding the truth about his otherworldly encounters.
Shane strives to use his passion for modern technology to advance the field of paranormal study, attempting to scientifically validate paranormal experiences using the latest techniques available.
He is also an investigator with The Searchers team, and they have featured content on Beacon TV.
Shane is currently working on developing Beacon TV, your new home for all things paranormal programming, in addition to enjoying sharing his new book!
